While our current premises unfortunately do not allow for wheelchair access, we’re committed to ensuring that everyone can enjoy our expertise and care. To accommodate guests who may not be able to visit our studio, we offer a mobile service within a 100-mile round trip of BL8 1. This option allows you to experience the same luxury, professionalism, and personalised attention all from the comfort of your own environment. Please note that a call-out fee applies, reflecting the additional travel time and bespoke preparation involved. It truly is a wonderful thing to be serviced in your own space, and we’re honoured to bring our artistry directly to you. Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, please follow the prompts to select your preferred days and times. All appointments are considered **provisional** until your non-refundable retainer has been paid. If a retainer is not submitted within the required timeframe, your booking will not be secured and will be offered to another client. Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer must be paid to secure your appointment: £10 for services under £100 £50 for services £100 or more Rescheduling & Cancellations: With more than 48 hours’ notice, your retainer can be transferred once to a new appointment free of charge. Cancellations made 48 hours before your due service, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and 50% of the total service fee will be charged to the card on file. With 1 hour notification, you will incur 80% of your fees. Important Notes: * A valid card must be kept on file to book. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings. * By booking, you agree to the terms outlined above.
