Service Description
Kids are ages 0-4 years Children are ages 5-10 years If this is your child’s 1st visit, please select this service. If you are looking for a service that: *refreshes your child’s textured hair *addresses any texture struggles *provides styling advice and gives them a beneficial textured cut - this is it. Our Texture MOT Package includes thorough deep, but gentle cleansing of their tresses, a hydrating treatment to enhance their natural texture, any additional treatments that our professionals deem necessary to ensure that they look their best, leaving them with healthy, defined, bouncy hair and a fresh, polished look Your child will either receive cut to shape their hair before, after their hydration or both. Your child (age dependent) and you will also leave with the knowledge to manage and maintain their hair until their next visit.
Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, please follow the prompts to select your preferred days and times. All appointments are considered **provisional** until your non-refundable retainer has been paid. If a retainer is not submitted within the required timeframe, your booking will not be secured and will be offered to another client. Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer must be paid to secure your appointment: £10 for services under £100 £50 for services £100 or more Rescheduling & Cancellations: With more than 48 hours’ notice, your retainer can be transferred once to a new appointment free of charge. Cancellations made 48 hours before your due service, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and 50% of the total service fee will be charged to the card on file. With 1 hour notification, you will incur 80% of your fees. Important Notes: * A valid card must be kept on file to book. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings. * By booking, you agree to the terms outlined above.
