In this spa-like service let us immerse you into the ultimate scalp treatment. Your level of relaxation is paramount in the forty minutes spent at our backwash. We will focus on a deep cleanse of your scalp while we detox your hair and massage your scalp to increase the blood flow to your hair follicles, all in a relaxing ambience. Your scalp will thank you! Our healthy hair and scalp backwash service can be added to a Curl Hydration service, a Wash and Glo service or even a Clipper Cutting service. This service cannot be added to some colour services or our perm services. This service does not include a finish. We recommend that you pair this service with our Gentle Hair drying finish option below. Warning: you are likely to feel sleepy during and after this experience!!! To complete your experience, enjoy a complimentary blow-dry under our state-of-the-art Care Dry system, along with a soothing hot beverage or refreshing cool water. If you're short on time, feel free to leave with your hair gently damp after a towel dry, ready to embrace the day.
Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, please follow the prompts to select your preferred days and times. All appointments are considered **provisional** until your non-refundable retainer has been paid. If a retainer is not submitted within the required timeframe, your booking will not be secured and will be offered to another client. Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer must be paid to secure your appointment: £10 for services under £100 £50 for services £100 or more Rescheduling & Cancellations: With more than 48 hours’ notice, your retainer can be transferred once to a new appointment free of charge. Cancellations made 48 hours before your due service, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and 50% of the total service fee will be charged to the card on file. With 1 hour notification, you will incur 80% of your fees. Important Notes: * A valid card must be kept on file to book. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings. * By booking, you agree to the terms outlined above.
