Service Description
This technical service does not include texture investigations or style advice. It requires you to arrive with your hair washed and detangled before their appointment. Your hair must be left product free or very little product no more than 24 hours prior to your service. This might be a leave in conditioner. Not only does it dull my working tools, it also does not allow me to see how your natural hair behaves. After your consultation, we will look to achieve a balanced shape that will either provide your desired look, accentuate your look or both once rehydrated or styled at home. Please be aware that an additional charge of £35 per hour will be charged should your hair require detangling.
Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, please follow the prompts to select your preferred days and times. All appointments are considered **provisional** until your non-refundable retainer has been paid. If a retainer is not submitted within the required timeframe, your booking will not be secured and will be offered to another client. Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer must be paid to secure your appointment: £10 for services under £100 £50 for services £100 or more Rescheduling & Cancellations: With more than 48 hours’ notice, your retainer can be transferred once to a new appointment free of charge. Cancellations made 48 hours before your due service, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and 50% of the total service fee will be charged to the card on file. With 1 hour notification, you will incur 80% of your fees. Important Notes: * A valid card must be kept on file to book. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings. * By booking, you agree to the terms outlined above.
