Service Description
A completely customised colour service designed to correct, rebalance, change or restore previous colour results. Following a thorough consultation, we create a safe, strategic plan to change or return your hair to its healthiest, most beautiful state. From £400 then £48 per additional bowl.
Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, please follow the prompts to select your preferred days and times. All appointments are considered **provisional** until your non-refundable retainer has been paid. If a retainer is not submitted within the required timeframe, your booking will not be secured and will be offered to another client. Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer must be paid to secure your appointment: £10 for services under £100 £50 for services £100 or more Rescheduling & Cancellations: With more than 48 hours’ notice, your retainer can be transferred once to a new appointment free of charge. Cancellations made 48 hours before your due service, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and 50% of the total service fee will be charged to the card on file. With 1 hour notification, you will incur 80% of your fees. Important Notes: * A valid card must be kept on file to book. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings. * By booking, you agree to the terms outlined above.
